Owner, Speech-Language Pathologist

Hi! I’m Alexandra Hammer, a pediatric speech therapist and the owner of Sound of Speech Therapy, serving families in Broward & Palm Beach Counties. With over six years of experience as a pediatric speech therapist, I founded my practice to provide personalized, family-centered care that truly meets the unique needs of each child.

I specialize in in-home speech therapy sessions that are fun, effective, and completely tailored to each child. My approach to therapy is rooted in play and connection because I believe children thrive when they feel safe, seen, and supported. My mission is to empower families by helping children communicate clearly and confidently, celebrating each milestone along the way.

Whether your child is building new speech sounds or learning their first words, I’m here to partner with your family every step of the way. Outside of therapy, you’ll find me doing puzzles, reading, and enjoying family time.
